Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tyus has graced the stage in multiple theatrical productions in the Twin Cities/ Mid-Western theatre scene, before moving to New York City to study Film and Television acting at the New York Conservatory of the Dramatic Arts.  Tyus graduated from NYCDA in May of 2021 and has acted in various low-budget short films (Boxed and How Far We Goin'), Web-series (Donnie: The Landlord, The Tinder Files and Danny Will Die Alone) and a Television series streaming on Tubi TV (Under Cover Comic). For a majority of 2023, Tyus spent his time working as an Emcee at a restaurant titled: The Hangout, located in the highly frequented tourist destination Gulf Shores, Alabama. Tyus recently finished traveling around the East Coast working as a DJ for ThinkFast Interactive; A trivia based gameshow produced by TjohnE Production Inc.
